Purchasing Manager

Qualifications

  • Able to use Word and Excel with sufficient skill to maintain purchasing records develop purchasing reports
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Previous experience in a purchasing role, preferably in a school, with supervisory responsibilities over other staff
  • Experience in the use of ERP based purchasing
  • Must be a person of high integrity, with the personal strength to resist pressure to circumvent or defy approved purchase policy and procedure
  • Detail oriented and able to consistently maintain records and accumulate data from the purchasing process
  • CIPS or similar professional purchasing/procurement certification is desirable

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain a database of vendors for the various goods and services purchased by the school, develop and participate in the vendor qualification procedure
  • Seek and document quotations for goods and services as requested via the school Purchase Requisition
  • Initiate purchases according to the purchasing policy and procedures, as defined within School policy, and issue Purchase Orders for appropriate approval, then confirm the order with the vendor
  • Provide purchase documents to the Accounting Department according to the purchasing policy and procedures, that support appropriate payment to vendors and thorough documentation of all aspects of pre-payment procedures, including receiving vouchers.
  • Oversee the maintenance of inventory of school office supplies, payment orders for replenishment of those supplies, and report on their consumption
  • Assist in tendering processes for major purchases including subcontracted services.
  • Assist in the monitoring of contractual compliance of vendors.
  • Review purchasing policy and submit recommendations for improvements to the Bursar.
  • Collect appropriate information from the Purchasing process and report on performance, to the Bursar and SLT as requested.
  • Assist in the receiving of goods and services and work in cooperation with the Accounting office to insure items ordered, received and paid for are documented and accounted for.
  • Coordinate and manage the annual overseas order process
  • Supervise the activities of the Purchasing Officer

Junior School Assistant of Learning and Teaching (ALT)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Experience of working as a Teaching Assistant is preferable.
  • Proficiency in oral and written English is very important
  • Good communication, enthusiasm and initiative
  • Patience and ability to work well as a part of a team
  • Knowledge of British international schools an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Work with groups of students under the direction of the teacher.
  • Assist in maintain and developing the academic standard set by the school.
  • Develop children’s knowledge and positive learning through the activities.
  • Assist in preparing learning materials.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of the learning environment.
  • Assist to preparing the programmes of work.
  • Assist to care for the children’s health and safety.
  • Cooperate and attend with team meetings and professional development workshops.
  • Support and assist in organization with extra-curricular activities.
  • Build good relationship with students and support them positively and efficiently.

HR Officer

Qualifications

  • Thai nationality
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Able to use Microsoft Office such as Word and Excel with sufficient skills.
  • Previous experienced relating of some HR functions, preferable in a school.
  • Good English and communication
  • Willing to learn the new things, enthusiasm, good attitude and services mind.
  • Able to work late or work overtime sometime as required.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible to supporting and greeting new teacher as assignment.
  • Assist HR Manager to coordinating about relocation and accommodation.
  • Responsible to coordinating with Social Security Fund relating for new staff and leaving staff report and compensation fund.
  • Assist new teacher regarding to open the new bank account, credit/debit card, bank transfer and etc.
  • Responsible to support in some school activities and general HR functions such as police check preparation for new and leaving expatriate staff.
  • Assist HR Manager to coordinate with candidates for interview appointment, updating staff data such as leave record.
  • Any assignment by HR Manager relating in HR Department.

IT Support

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information System or related fields
  • 2-3 years experienced in IT support role (Client and Application Support).
  • Strong knowledge in Window 7,8,10, Mac OS and MS-Office.
  • Good knowledge in network setup and network issue trouble shooting
  • Have knowledge in ITSM/ITIL
  • Have experienced in ITSM tools.
  • Have knowledge in Web development (WordPress , etc)
  • Have good service mind.
  • Good command of English

Responsibilities

  • Support user in hardware and software setup, installation, upgrade and maintenance
  • Provide hardware, software, network, mobile devices and IT administration support to end users
  • Provide IT supports on daily and ad-hoc assignments
  • Responsible for developing, maintenance, monitoring and supporting servers, storage and network infrastructure
  • Develop, manage and maintain IT asset List
  • Other tasks as assigned from the IT manager.

Thai Teacher

Qualifications

  • Thai nationality
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Teaching license is a must
  • Experience of working as a Teacher with international school is preferable.
  • Good command of English both written and spoken
  • Good communication, enthusiasm and initiative
  • Patience and flexibility regarding work and assignment

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the provision of lessons in Thai language and culture.
  • Ability to teach Thai lessons for Thai and non-native students
  • Develop children’s knowledge and positive learning through the activities.
  • Build good relationship with students and support them positively and efficiently.
  • Plan and develop instruction programme.
