Accounts Payable Officer

Qualifications

  • Male/Female, age not over than 35 years.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
  • Work experience at least 3 years, preferable to work an international school.
  • Good command of English and Thai
  • Knowledge of Express accounting system is advantage.
  • Detail-oriented and high responsible.
  • Good attitude and service mind.

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing and verifying invoices and cheque requests.
  • Sorting, coding and matching invoices before setting them up for payment.
  • Preparation and processing of Payments and preparing to pay by checks and electronic transfers.
  • Paying vendors by scheduling paychecks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance.
  • Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
  • Maintaining historical records.
  • Maintenance of vendor files.
  • Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
  • Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports
  • Liaising with clients.
  • Working to continuously improve the payment processes of your company.
  • Ensuring the correct supporting documentation is available for audits.

Accounts Receivable Accountant

Qualifications

  • BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
  • Proven working experience as accounts receivable clerk, accounts receivable manager or accountant
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations
  • Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
  • Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
  • Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software
  • Proficiency in English and in MS Office
  • Customer service orientation and negotiation skills

School Secretary

  1. Purpose and Ethos
    • The post-holder provides bilingual (English-Thai) clerical and administrative support to the school.
    • The School Secretary is often the first point of contact for parents and students, so a commitment to outstanding Customer Service is at the heart of the requirements for this post.

 

  1. Main areas of Responsibility
    • Undertake Front Desk duties including response to telephone and personal enquiries
    • Greet visitors and provide refreshments as necessary
    • Give practical assistance to parents with enquiries and requests
    • Assist with pupil welfare matters, including registering late-arriving students, managing the Registration system and contacting parents/carers and staff
    • Oversee the maintenance and production of Fire Registers
    • Provide clerical and administrative support to the Senior management of the Junior School, this to include photocopying, filing, email and answering routine correspondence
    • Maintain manual and computerised records
    • Undertake typing and word-processing, and take notes of meetings as required
    • Carry out administrative tasks, including the maintenance and collation of current student records and sign-ups for events and activities
    • Work with Education staff to take, filter and direct a wide range of day-to-day enquiries
    • Maintain records in relation to data security
    • Maintain records in relation to safeguarding
    • Liaise with members of staff as appropriate
    • Other tasks as reasonably requested by the Head of the Junior School

Lifeguard – Part Time

Qualifications

  • Internationally recognized Lifeguard Qualification
  • Good knowledge of safety and safeguarding
  • Knowledge with CPR and First aid qualification is preferable
  • Have experience in an International School will be an advantage
  • Good command in both Thai and English languages

Responsibilities

  • Maintain constant inspection of students and appropriately to secure safety of students in the event of emergency
  • Performs safety, emergency care and treatment as required
  • Act an appropriately professional positive and good services
  • Maintain record in relation to appropriate reports
  • Other tasks as reasonably requested by Head of PE
